I love her! She is so sweet, patient, understanding, caring! She listens and helps you to the best of her abilities. I delt with a skin virus that made me very anxious and she always knew what to say to help calm me down!

Joanne strung me along for several treatments to increase my bill and maximize payments to the provider. I had four treatments for something that has taken taken me two in the past with a different PA at the same office. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this group.

Joanne was highly professional combining thorough questioning with clear feedback. I had two issues, one of which could not be diagnosed, the other appropriately dealt with. The plan for the undiagnosed symptom seems sound.

She was amazing! I had a bad experience with another PA from the clinic and she turned my experience with the clinic around. She took me serious when I felt others hadn’t. She did everything to make me feel better about my condition. I greatly appreciated her kindness and the kindness of the lovely nurse working with her. Her nurse was the sweetest soul and was very compassionate and supportive. Both ladies are amazing!

The front desk was quite rude to me. They seemed more interested in having a conversation amongst themselves before even acknowledging me. I was not dressed to the "9s" so I assume they thought I was a cheap referral. I also asked what the cost of the visit (just to be seen) and they had no idea nor a cost sheet to refer to. This was a little concerning to me because I paid out of pocket. Once I went into the room it was very inviting.

The ladies that helped me today made the entire experience a piece of cake. They eased my worries about what could be considered to be a life-threatening problem. Zel Skin & Laser is a great dermatology provider. I have seen Dr Meighan for many years. Recently had an appointment with PA Joann Osterman & she was great also. Highly recommend this clinic.

There was no one at the desk when I arrived and had to wait a good 5 minutes for anyone to come to the desk. From then on everything went smoothly. The nurse and the P A could not have been more efficient or kinder. And respectful. They listened.
