“Dr. Arnold Burkholz and her team were incredible. (Im normally so good with names, but I did forget the PA and medical assistants names! I’m so sorry!) I’d like to start by saying I’m actually very excited to go back. She gave me options, took her time explaining everything and recommended a biopsy to receive a clear diagnose and further my treatment after instead of giving me a topical and putting a bandaid over it. It was my first time getting a biopsy so I was nervous at first, but they made me feel so comfortable. She gave me homework so to speak on maintaining my issues and I was given a starting point until labs come back. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt heard and I feel like I really got somewhere. My exact words were “I’ve never made it this far” and it’s true. Last time I went to a dermatologist, I was in and out in less than 5min which I thought was so great at the time. But looking back, it was bit of a red flag. I’m so excited for my results and my next appt. 10 outta 10”
