Doctor did not acknowledge patient, rushing the whole appointment

Dr Kwan was very professional, assessed my situation thoroughly, explained what was going on with my skin and sent prescriptions to my neighborhood pharmacy. The office was clean and had coffee in the waiting room. Staff were cool too. 2 thumbs up!

The office was nice and clean and the front desk staff were pretty nice. After a few minutes, an assistant called me back to the exam room. This is where everything went wrong. I told the assistant "I am so excited to finally see a good dermatologist! I have so many questions!" She replied "Not today. You can ask two questions per appointment."
I legitimately had like eight things I wanted to ask about, and was interested in getting laser hair removal and some moles looked at. Instead I settled with the two worst problems: eczema and foot fungus.
Dr Kwan was okay about the eczema, even prescribing a new medicine for it, but very repulsive about the fungus. She didn't listen to me at all, lectured me about wearing my shoes too much and how I need to use some OTC medicine I'd already been using. I work from home so I don't even wear shoes 95% of the time. When I mentioned a painful callous she dismissed it as a corn.
When I called to cancel the followup, it was answered by creepy AI

I had constant reminders on text and email about my appointment at 10:10am the week prior. I arrived at 10 o’clock and I wasn’t seen until 1040 because the doctor was busy with a sales rep instead of sticking to our appointment. I will never recommend that office nor will I ever return. The Dr. is very inconsiderate to have me wait 40 minutes just for her to speak to me for less than a minute.

Dr. Kwan and her team were fantastic. Very easy check in process via iPad. The staff were polite and helpful in checking in and booking a followup appointment. Dr. Kwan clearly communicated treatment options and sent my prescription right away. Overall a wonderful experience!

Setting an appointment is easy. I also get reminders in email and text, which is nice.
The waiting time is about 1 hour. Arriving early won’t help. I needed to follow-up with the reception. The people there need a bit of smile every now and then.
I was with the doctor for less than 5 minutes. I also felt like the doctor is scared of going near me, as if I have a communicable disease. It feels very transactional and never felt the doctor really cares. If you don’t ask questions, you will not get the information you need. The doctor also didn’t share what the cause is and how to prevent it.

I went in for a general check up. The assistant asked what I was in for and I stated a general check up and I have a rash on my leg I would like to have looked at. The assistant told me I would need a separate appointment for that because it is not included in my general check.
In my general check she looked right past the rash area and wouldn't address. In my opinion this is poor service and I will be looking for another doctor from this point forward

Doctor Kwan was the shortest appointment I’d ever been to. She didn’t take the time to talk or even do a thorough scan of my skin.

A nice big office, good seating, clean rooms, nice and friendly assistant to doctor. Doctor Kwan was friendly and answered all my questions, I got what I needed.

This was my first time seeing this Dr.
Not very friendly. She was wearing a mask and a plastic shield across her face so I couldn’t hear when she was speaking nor did I have any idea what she was saying.
Didn’t feel like the body check was very thorough. She seemed more concerned with germs than anything else. The experience overall was uncomfortable.

I had an appointment with another dermatology group, but wanted to see a provider sooner because I was concerned about an unusual growth. I was able to make an appointment for the next day with the ZocDoc booking system. I did have to wait in line to check in. I was given a tablet to fill out my medical history as a new patient and was ready to be seen soon after filling out the profile.
