Kimberly Sedbrook is a Physician Assistant at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
Although she fell in love with dermatology during her studies, she began her career in other surgical specialties such as neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, and plastic surgery. It was not until she joined the dermatology department at the University of Colorado that she knew she had finally found her niche.
Kimberly completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth and went on to Nova Southeastern University, where she graduated with highest honors, earning her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies in 2012.
Her clinical interests include acne and skin cancer prevention and treatment. She loves helping her patients gain the same confidence they feel inside, on the outside. ?I love that dermatology is a combination of utilizing intellect but is also hands-on and procedural,? she shared.
Kimberly also enjoys cosmetic dermatology and working with patients to refresh and enhance their natural features.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, children, and French bulldog Josie. She also enjoys downhill skiing, cycling, being outdoors, ice cream, and the Green Bay Packers.

Great dermatology office in a nice location. Office and staff were very nice, professional, seen on time. I saw Kimberly and will continue to, she was personable, competent and had a plan for my skin concerns I felt confident about. Despite it being a 10-15min appt probably, I felt she gave her full attention to our appointment and I didn’t feel she was in a hurry
like drs appts can often feel- thank you!!

Experience in office was fine, but Zocdoc is a NIGHTMARE. It is INCESSANT and could very well drive me to change providers as they said I can't reduce the number of texts and emails. It is crazy and way too promotional. Do better or I'm out of here. I left anoth er provider of mine for this very same reason.

I came in for a skin cancer screening. I was feeling anxious and emotional because of my family history with melanoma. The office took care of me quickly. I didn’t have to wait long, they have a great office with lots of amenities. The exam was short, and she removed some suspicious spots painlessly in a matter of maybe 60 seconds. She was speedy and sensitive to my feelings, which is amazing because doctor’s visits that are lengthy with lots of waiting increase my anxiety. 10/10, great experience. I will always come here.

I was spoken to as if I was 4 and she spoke to me in a very condescending way. I had a mole on my nose which I wanted removed and she said “you’ll look worse if we remove it”. Great thanks for making me feel good about how I look now. She didn’t want to remove any of the moles I asked to be removed because she felt a scar would look worse than the mole even though that is not her decision to make. She also said “there is no magic way we can just pop a mole off”. Obviously. I’m not expecting miracles and perfect skin underneath. I understand how it works when you remove a mole.
