The doctor seemed knowledgeable but didn't really diagnose my situation or check for other possibilities that could cause these symptoms. He quickly checked my scalp for 3 seconds. He rushed in explaining possible treatments and wanted to end the appointment in 5 minutes. I waited longer for the appointment than the actual appointment itself.

The appointment felt rushed, I had to pull teeth to keep the conversation going and to understand what the different treatment options entailed (side effects, recovery period, etc) otherwise the provider would just stare at me expectedly. Bedside manners seemed rather poor. Was not provided a gown to change into and they were aware what I came in for. Had to remove my jacket and top in front of the provider, and his assistant who stood in the corner the entire time, when he asked to assess my skin as the condition was on my back, arms, chest and I wore a long sleeve top. Was told to stand and “pull your pants down” as well when a shot was administered in my hip. I took this rushed interaction on the chin at the time as treatment was necessary and my goal was to get my condition under control but I can confidently say I’ve no interest to ever see this provider again.

The doctor was very attentive, prescribed tretinoin as I requested, and gave detailed recommendations about removing migrated filler under my eyes. I highly recommend the doctor and appreciate his careful, thoughtful approach.
