Made a skin cancer screening appointment 2 months in advance, and also confirmed the appointment not once but twice over the phone. I was turned away at the office by the receptionist because they were not aware of my appointment. They offered to reschedule the appointment 2 months from the original date. For a cancer screening, it’s awful to wait that long in case the cancer spreads.
