The experience of being treated was fine and professional. I was left with questions however concerning followup treatment and suggestions of what to do in the meantime. I went in for a specific issue but was told to come back for further diagnosis but not why or what I might be looking forward to. The issue I came in for was treated well, ended up with a biopsy and am awaiting for results and info concerning that issue but left wondering about the what else.

Average appointment. Provider spent a 5-7 minutes with me and gave recommendations. She did not ask many questions. I left with two new prescriptions to try, not a lot of confidence that my chief complaint will be resolved.

I met with Megan Grossman. The appointment went smoothly. She was open to conversation and has good bedside manner. I felt like the appointment was mainly concerning my moles possibly because of my family history of melanoma, however, I thought there might be more to dermatology and skin health concerns that weren’t explored. Perhaps it’s issue based and time limited. Overall it was fine. I had 2 biopsy’s and it didn’t hurt during the procedure.

Because of some personal history, I hadn’t had a gynecological exam since I was 18 and I am now 34. My anxiety level was extremely high but they were really great about it. They made me feel so much more calm and comfortable. I highly recommend Megan and her team.
