Just try’s to give you medication as the first priority instead of trying to fix naturally so if you’re pro medication then go for it but for me I got off of medication to fix my self within naturally through supplements or food before I automatically go to medicine. So she just wasn’t for me

being seen 10-15 minutes behind the scheduled appointment time is acceptable, but 30 minutes is NOT acceptable. Making the appointment via zocdoc was easy enough and much better than being put on hold.

20 minute wait in the waiting room. 50 minute wait in the provider room. 4 minute exam. Provider was less than personable. After 45 minute wait I opened the door and told the assistant I would be happy to rebook the appointment as I had been waiting an extended length of time / 45 minutes. Assistant replied provider would be in shortly, that there had been complications with prior patient. A reminder that as a patient, my time is valuable. A 70 minute wait time is totally unacceptable. Waiting room was at full capacity when I left. Unbelievable. Happy they are busy but at the expense of each patient waiting an unacceptable amount of time is not good enough. Just not good enough.

Before seeing the NP, I spoke with the nurse, who seemed to misinterpret and twist what I was saying. When the NP came in, she had already formed an opinion based on that, which didn’t accurately reflect my concerns. Instead of asking for clarification, she proceeded with a very matter-of-fact approach that didn’t feel empathetic or aligned with what I was trying to express. Was given a script for cream, a list of drug store products and was sent on my way.

Provider always has a very condescending/patronizing tone, often talking at me like I’m a child, or burdening her. She scolds me & it’s very unprofessional & uncomfortable. I’m not a child & deserve courtesy & respect, just as she does. She comes across very apathetic & berates me constantly. Even when she is quick to interject & misspeaks , she isn’t humble enough to apologize/correct her mistakes. Her attitude makes me feel like she believes she’s above & I don’t appreciate being spoken to like a child or not listened to earnestly. Always a rush to get done, my concerns are brushed aside & I’m not taken seriously. Her customer rapport isn’t good & she needs to learn basic customer etiquette/bedside manners. Inept and arrogant. Do not want to see her again. I gave her 2nd chance after her 1st embarrassingly rude visit & she disappointed again. My time is just as valuable & my concerns are important, valid and accurate. Pls don’t shush me & speak impatiently. You aren’t above others.

I had a great experience with Nicolette and the Schweiger Dermatology office! The waiting room was busy but the wait was pretty short. Everyone was very friendly, and Nicolette herself was quite thorough and explained everything as she did the skin check, then made sure to go through my questions after the exam.
