The office was bright, clean and welcoming. Front desk staff and the medical assistant were friendly. The provider was punctual, clearly explained how she was going to examine me, treat my condition and provided me with information on follow-up care at the end of my session. If necessary, I will comfortably return for more care. The entire experience met my expectations.

I felt rushed and unheard during this visit. The PA I usually see here wasn’t available now wish I waited. This PA had absolutely no bedside manner. Next time, I will only book with my regular PA at this office. Office staff was absolutely lovely.
She explained everything that was happening or going to happen during the appointment and during the treatment. Listened carefully to all my concerns and questions and answered them thoroughly. Was also super nice and friendly otherwise.
She was knowledgable and conscientious. Communicated well and had a good touch when taking biopsy. Called until she was able to reach me with good news, rather than just waiting until next appointment.
