About Dr. Radhika Shah

*Please note that there is a $75 cosmetic consultation fee.* Dr. Radhika Shah is a board-certified dermatologist originally from New Jersey. She received her PharmD. from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and then went on to complete her M.D. from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. While in medical school, she completed a year of dermatology clinical research at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard where she published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and gave talks at several national and international dermatology conferences. She completed her dermatology residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center where she served as chief resident in her final year. Dr. Shah specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. She loves to use her background as a compounding pharmacist to deliver the most customized treatments for each individual patient. Dr. Shah has expertise in complex medical dermatology, PRP, Botox, chemical peels, IPL, Nd:YAG and more. She has a special interest in cosmeceuticals, hair loss and hyperpigmentation disorders. Dr. Shah also practices general dermatology including but not limited to the treatment of acne, psoriasis, eczema, rashes and much more as well as surgical and nonsurgical management of skin cancer and pre-cancers.

Doctor spent just few minutes and failed to do (or schedule) a biopsy on my nose which was melanoma as another clinic found out in a few weeks after this visit.

I showed up early and checked in but they didn’t call me back for over an hour and then I got a text from Zocdoc saying that I was a no show. Which wasn’t true because I was sitting and waiting in the office.
Used many medical terms which was extremely confusing. Felt like a revolving door of patients. The front desk was nice however took them a phone call afterward for me to verify my insurance info because clearly they were not typing it in well. The assistant was nice that’s about it. The doctor just seemed to be in a let move kind of rush which made me feel not heard. Barely looked at my issues just a Quick Look and said your good. Won’t be coming back

My experience was okay. To be honest I felt more comfortable with the nurse that checked me in. Dr. Radhika is knowledgeable, no doubt. But I did feel like it was rushed and I was just another appointment to check off.
My appointment with the provider felt rushed. I wouldn’t go to the specifics so I will just say I didn’t receive the services (both with the clinic staffs and the doctor) I expected in a healthcare provider.

I was not expecting to get treatment on the initial visit, so my expectations were exceeded and my insurance covered my fees which meant no out of pocket cost yet most importantly Dr. Shah is amazing, put me at ease with her bedside manner, and being an East. It was our first time to this doctor. I would not go back. The entire in office time took 5 minutes and we waited for 40 min prior to Appt. We felt like an inconvenience. When the doctor finally came in, she was coughing and had laryngitis..so unprofessional. She never actually examined my daughter. Gave her a sample cream and said to see her in 6 weeks. We left upset and def didn't make a follow up Appt. No call from their office and no follow up from them ..terrible bedside manner and customer service. Super disappointed.
