Really enjoyed my experience here today. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The PA who helped me communicated very clearly about my eczema condition and provided clear next steps of what I can expect.

Honestly, I’m so upset and disappointed. I went in for a full body exam and the provider came in for no longer 30 seconds. As soon as she walked in it was a race to get out using dirty gloves on the door handle twice then my skin. I had a long sleeve and long pants on she didn’t even peak at anything. She barely looked at my face. She then recommended an active for one part of my face while acknowledging I’m having dermatitis which is exacerbated by actives?? contradicting advice and I’m so let down by this group. It’s the second time a doctor has winded through an appointment.

Waited 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment for the PA to spend less than 5 minutes with me and treated my concern like I was over reacting.

Very quick appointment, I only went for a skin cancer screening. It took less than 10 minutes, she prescribed some ance wash, and I was good to go. Super easy and friendly staff. I look forward to coming back here for my dermatology needs!

Dr Chan was pleasant. However, the waiting time in the examination room was much too long. I waited approximately 20 minutes with the door closed. I had to open the door. I had an anxiety attack.

The waiting period was too long for me. Appointment slots were starting at 7:30 AM, no other patient was at the clinic when I arrived, so it appeared to me that the provider arrived late that morning, as my appointment was at 8:20 and the provider saw me at 9:10 AM, for a visit that lasted 5 minutes.
