Soraya was great the first time we saw her for my daughter’s acne issues. She listened, was supportive, and gentle. Went back to see her a few months later and she walked in with a completely diff demeanor. First thing she said to my daughter was, “I don’t like how your skin looks”. My daughter is 15 and was mortified. How can u say that to a teenager who is already struggling with self esteem issues?! Went on to suggest accutane and didn’t even want to listen to my reasons on why we didn’t want to go that route. My daughter was in tears when we got in the car. We won’t be going back to this doc. She made my daughter even more self conscious.

I had to wait about 40 minutes to be seen but it was understandable as the provider had to attend to an emergency. And I was updated about the situation and so it was okay.

Great first experience. Check-in was quick and easy, there was no waiting, and the appointment was thorough.
