I liked Dr. Wee quite a bit, but was not happy with the follow up. I had a surprise biopsy onmy hip and wasn’t contacted by the office within the 7-10 days I was told it would take to get the results. I called myself and was given the results immediately by one of the doctor’s assistants, so they were in, I just never got the call. When you’re waiting to hear if you have skin cancer or not, I think it’s appropriate for a doctor to give a follow-up call. I also had to call about aftercare instructions and discovered they neglected to mention I should t swim for 2 weeks. The lack of organization in follow up would prevent me from continuing with this location for anything other than basic facial care.

I had an appointment for 3pm, arrived 2:55pm. Filled out all the necessary forms, waited 30 mins to be called in. After they took me in I realized they've assigned me to another doctor. I specifically told them I made my appointment with Dr. Wee. They told me to wait until they will sort things out. I already waited more than 30 mins, I was being late from work, and at the same time when they took me in I could see Dr. Wee sitting there drinking her coffee yet not even bothering to take a patient in just because there was an IT problem with Zocdoc appointment scheduling and she didn't know she had a patient at 3pm. On top of all this, while I was waiting for them to sort this out, the ladies at the front desk started talking about me because they thought I left. I confronted them and said that they should be more professional. This was a horrible experience, I have never had an experience like this in any other doctor's office.

Dr. Wee is an absolute pro. She's super smart and extremely nice, with an excellent bedside manner. She also trains medical students in dermatology - impressive! Loved her. Will be back to her over and over again.

Sue ann wee was the best part of the experience. The front office is chaotic, not sufficiently professional, there is no sound insulation, people shout and scream, making it an extremely unpleasant experience. (You need insulation like carpeting to make it bearable.) I waited 1/2 hour after my scheduled first appointment and asked staff what was up. They looked uninformed and checked to see “whether she is in”. Front staff then told me she was in, cleaning up her office, but in fact I waited nearly 25 more minutes before I saw the doctor. She is fine but I wouldnt use this group except for her.

My visit with Dr. Wee was fantastic, she friendly, caring and reassuring. She took time with me and made me feel like she would do what was necessary to address my issue. Dr Wee PA's also reflected that same caring attitude.

Dr. Wee and her assistant Victoria are excellent! I went in for some irritation on my face. They were easy to talk to, asked lots of thorough questions, and really listened to me. They addressed all of my concerns and suggested different options, which made me feel like they cared to understand my specific skincare routine/needs. Dr. Wee recommended some products I could get at Duane Reade and a prescription which was delivered to my home through Capsule which was very convenient. There was a little snafu with the prescription being sent to the pharmacy but they handled it quickly and were super sweet about it. I feel really confident about my visit with Dr. Wee and I will definitely return!

The doctor is very nice, unfortunately not worth the 1-hour wait it occurred to me. She was apologetic and gave me some free samples. The support staff is very little empathetic and in a rush even if no other patient were waiting to check-in. It also disturbed me that they told the doctor was running 10 minutes late: I'd have appreciated hearing "please come back in one hour"

Dr. Wee was very attentive during my procedure and did a great job of explaining my options beforehand. I felt very confident in her hands and had great results! I don't have many "go-to" doctors but Dr. Wee is definitely my "go-to" dermatologist.

The office is very clean and up to date. The staff is a bit unprofessional. If you have a place to be after this visit make sure you leave enough time in between because you will be waiting a long time to see a physician. I waited about 45 min in total in examination room. Dr.Wee was great. Her energy was warm and upbeat. She was informative. I would recommend patients to see her.

She's very good with the needle. I receive treatment for keliods and rather than jam the needle into the scars like most other dermatologists, she takes her time and makes multiple small injections around the affected area. Dr Wee is also one of the rare MDs who offer later appointments which is great for patients who can't leave work midday. Best dermatologist I've seen!

The doctor was pleasant when I finally saw her, but I waited 45 mins in the waiting room and then another 30 in the exam room. Then only got an insincere "Sorry for the wait!" Additionally, when my skin exam required a follow up visit, she directed me to see a different dermatologist in the practice because she focuses more on cosmetic issues.

Having been herded through one dermatologist office after another in search of answers and solutions I was referred to Dr Wee by a client of mine and have been seeing her for 3 years now. As someone with lots of skin problems it's has always been hard to find a dermatologist who takes the time to listen to the problems and concerns that brought me there with interest, compassionate and understanding. In the last 3 years I have had medical procedures as well as cosmetic ones with Dr Wee and never once have I been rushed through a visit. It is apparent that Dr. Wee continues to stay abreast of all the latest advancements in cosmetic procedures hence why her knowledge and skill set is by far superior. She has guided me in deciding what is the best approach to remedy the issues I am there for and I have never been disappointed with the outcome. Dr Wee is a true professional in every way and I trust her implicitly. I am truly thankful that I have found her and you won't be disappointed !
