Dr. Silverman was friendly and relaxed, which made me feel relaxed. My appointment went quickly and efficiently without feeling rushed, the nurse who did my intake and the front desk staff were also great. Dr. Silverman gave me a prescription to help my issue plus some options to try if it doesnt resolve. Also I was sent to labcorp for bloodwork and that entire process was the most seamless I've ever had when having to go to a secondary location for labs.

I came 1hour and 30min early waited patiently and when it was my time to see the doc I looked at the clock. No one was in the facility but myself and after waiting for almost two hours 10mins after my appt the doctor still didn’t show so I gathered my things and left only to be stopped by the nurse patrician asking me to wait and I declined . Yes I was very punctual but even then I had waited and was there waiting patiently and was waiting even after my appointment time . Absolutely not . I left and no I would never promote this place it was very disappointing, and disrespectful.
