Dr. Michaels was very thorough and professional during the appointment. She explained everything clearly and has a compassionate bedside manner. I recommend her to anyone looking for a serious and kind doctor, especially for patients with a family history of skin cancer.

The doctor was very nice . . .she literally walked in, took a look, determined the problem, and prescribed a clinical grade product to address it all in less than 15 minutes! She did spend about 5 mins answering our questions. I appreciated her efficiency; now I guess we'll see if what she prescribed actually helps. That'll be the true test of how well this doc knows her stuff!
PS - I must say, the receptionist was polite and friendly but she seemed very frazzled. We also don't have traditional insurance so that kinda threw her for a loop too and she ended up having us call our health share provider on the spot to verify if the doc was in-network (which I had already previously verified before making the appointment.) She could probably use some support out front.

This doctor is by far the best I have seen there. She is so informative and really listens to you. Doesn't push things on you or feel like you have to try any recommendations she may have. As far as any recs she offered, I can't confirm or deny what she offered my work, but her as a person is extremely kind, engaging, and intelligent.

Dr Michaels has a great personality and put me at ease. The staff at the office were great as well! The office is behind a citarella and was a little difficult to locate - when I called the number on file, the operator was a bit rude but gave me directions to the office location. Would def come back!
