Jessica Simon, MD Board-certified Dermatologist Dr. Jessica Simon is double board-certified in both dermatology and pediatric dermatology, with expertise spanning all areas of dermatology, including hair loss. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where she also completed her bachelor's degree. Dr. Simon completed an internship in pediatrics at Rutgers, followed by a dermatology residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. She is an active member of both the Society of Pediatric Dermatology and the American Academy of Dermatology. Recognized for her academic excellence, Dr. Simon has received multiple award nominations, including the Golden Apple Award for Teaching Excellence from New Jersey Medical School. She has presented at national and international meetings on both adult and pediatric dermatology and has been published in numerous textbooks and journals. Dr. Simon also volunteers her time sharing her knowledge at several health fairs. Fluent in Spanish, she enjoys connecting with diverse patient communities. Outside of work, Dr. Simon enjoys spending time with her family, running, singing, traveling, and reading.

I only regret that I didn't use Dr Simon years ago when I first came to this practice. Her exam was thorough. I had time to ask questions and she made me feel very comfortable.

Scheduled an appointment through their online portal, I was sent a confirmation of the appointment from the providers office and confirmed the appointment, then drove over an hour to see this doctor. Received a call from their staff 10 min from the appointment that “that Dr. Simon was leaving early for the day and would not stay any later to see me as I am a new patient ” after begging to see her since we drove over an hour for a confirmed appointment. They suggested another provider at the practice that doesn’t specialize in the dermatology concern we booked the appointment for. I turned that appointment down based on several bad reviews of that provider and asked when I could see Dr. Simon through rescheduling, knowing they had December availability according to Zoc Doc the platform they use. I was told the next available appointment would be late April of 2025, 7 months from now. New patients beware, just because they accept and confirm an appointment doesn’t mean they will see you.
