Crystal Fermano was an absolute gem of a healthcare professional! Being a retired healthcare professional myself, I’m quick to judge and assess quality care vs minimal professional services. Crystal was very attentive, great conversationalist and top bedside manner.
She removed a keratosis from my scalp with ZERO discomfort, quarterized it and explained my post procedural requirements clearly and thoroughly. I couldn’t have asked for a better provider and experience at Schweitzer Dermatology.

I had the privilege of meeting with Crystal. She is so knowledgeable, smart and has the experience to diagnose and treat a longstanding skin condition. She explained all options and guided me on a healing plan. She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I would highly recommend Crystal to family or friends. She’s that good. . Starting from Arielle the front desk. She was very welcoming and explained everything about my insurance. She answered all the questions I had.
Then I saw the assistant & Crystal. They were amazing?? I have never felt this relieved.
Crystal She was very gentle, and she explained every step of the procedure. I was so scared but she calmed me down & I didn’t feel a thing. Her assistant was so nice and patient as well. Thank you so much ?? they are the best I would definitely recommend!!!!

Crystal was amazing! I went there, issue was addressed and honestly she has great bedside manner. Not many providers I’ve seen with great bedside manner. She listens to her patients, discusses the plan of care, and then asks for questions and concerns. Would recommend her to anyone and would definitely come back to see Crystal if I have future dermatology needs.

If I had to base my experience on my first visit with Crystal I would give it 5 stars as she was warm, welcoming, attentive, and answered all my questions thoroughly. ?However, on my one month follow up my experience was quite different. My appointment felt rushed and my concerns felt dismissed. While I’m thankful my condition was not considered a serious one, I still would have appreciated her taking her time and not rushing to leave as it was my first time experiencing this ailment and it was getting worse. When my appointment was over, I asked the assistant if I needed a follow up as I was not given direction afterwards. Within a week following that appointment, my condition became significantly worse and the treatment given by Crystal provided no relief. I saw another (Schweiger) provider ASAP. Just two days after my new treatment from the new provider I already saw simprovement. While I believe Crystal is a good PA I’d personally choose another provider going forward. ?

I was really impressed with Crystal. She genuinely seemed interested in helping me and took the time to listen to my concerns. She wasn’t condescending and never made me feel bad for wanting to understand my issues better outside of the doctors. I’ve never felt so welcomed by a provider before, and I would definitely recommend her.
