I went for a skin cancer screening for a mark on my leg. She said she would try to freeze it off. She used so little of the freeze stuff it didn’t even peel. She then cancelled my appointment and had no availability after even though I was told to follow up in two weeks. I got no information on whether the mark on my leg could be cancerous. Office staff doesn’t exist you just text on 15 different platforms. I was told to use zoc doc again to reschedule. Which is never the case once you've been in contact with the office. They get you to upload personal information like pictures of your license to third party apps. This place is the prime example of how inefficient and ridiculous medical care has become. I went there for medical care and received no treatment and no diagnosis but hey they billed the insurance and collected a bunch of personal information from me so it was a win for them. If this place is a medical office I clearly did not receive any medical care here.

This was my second time visiting this practice for a concern and they were just as kind and efficient as the first time. I did have to wait 20-25 after my appointment time to be seen but I can understand why the practice is generally busy - they have wonderful professionals.

I came 10 min late and everyone was nice. The PA Sara had great bedside manner, was a good listener and had great suggestions for treatment. I had a zit right in the middle of my nose that shrank but wouldn’t go away after a shot weeks ago. She extracted and cauterized it and it is finally going away. Then she gave me a sample of a retinoid cream to prevent. I am happy with the results.

Parking lot is packed so it takes time to find a spot. Showed up early but I wasn’t called in until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Was told there are only 7 doctors. 6 hours later and my prescription still hasn’t been sent.
