Lauren graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University. She later went on to pursue her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Pennsylvania where she specialized in Adult Gerontology Acute Care and graduated with honors. Lauren worked for several years as a Nurse Practitioner at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She then went on to complete a post master's degree in Adult Gerontology Primary Care at Thomas Jefferson University School of Nursing where she gained experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Additionally, she is a graduate of Schweiger Dermatology Group's fellowship program where she trained alongside top dermatology providers and further refined her skills in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She has a passion for dermoscopy and skin cancer surveillance and is dedicated to helping her patients maintain healthy skin. Her cosmetic practice includes Botox, microneedling, and PRP. She enjoys attending conferences across the country and is a member of the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and an affiliate member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor road biking, skiing, traveling, and photography.

Cryo treatment was effective though it was applied a bit too liberally. I've had the same treatment done elsewhere multiple times but never had as much surrounding skin irritated. Still, everyone was professional, polite and prompt.

On two occasions before my appointment, I was asked to upload pics of my ID and insurance card. After getting to the office, they did this step a third time. My appointment took exactly 8 minutes and required a copay. My provider wasn't particularly friendly and the visit wasn't informative of the condition I sought treatment for. I didn't feel that provider was all that invested in her role and essentially I was told I needed a laser procedure which they couldn't do in their office (their website advertises it as a procedure available at that office). After being dismissed, I had no improved understanding of my condition, no idea of what the treatment would look like or cost, had less money in my pocket, and was given two numbers to call to set up another consult. I wouldn't recommend the Coatesville office or the provider.

The doctor was very thorough and listened to my questions and provided answers in words I could understand. She was very nice and personable. She did not rush me or seem in a rush.
My overall exoerience was very good! I feel comfortable to go back again.
