Lisa Antonczak was born and raised in Ohio. She attended Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, for her undergraduate degree and completed her Master's in Nursing at Chamberlain University College of Nursing, graduating with honors in 2018. She has over two decades of nursing experience in various settings, including Pediatric ICU, Cardiac ICU, emergency flight nursing, and pediatric cranial banding devices.

The provider was very nice, knowledgeable and competent. Her assistant and assistant trainee were also very nice. The only negative part of the experience was a somewhat unfriendly person at the front desk. However, this was a minor "blip" in an otherwise very positive experience. I highly recommend this provider.
