Dr. Parnell earned her medical degree at the Georgetown University School of Medicine. She interned, trained, and taught dermatology at the University of Wisconsin Medical School before moving to Marin County.
Dr. Parnell served on the faculty of the University of California San Francisco Medical School for over 30 years, most recently as Assistant Clinical Professor.
