I had a skin excision today which I was a little anxious about. Dr. Hayes was so reassuring and explained everything she was doing as she did it. They both ensured that I was comfortable, let me know what to expect next, gave me excellent, clear instructions for aftercare and answered all my questions thoroughly. The procedure went really well. I could not ask for a better experience. Very professional, efficient, and kind.

Absolutely love Dr Hayes and the staff at this location. They are attentive, knowledgeable and provide great care. I cant say enough good things about how great they are. They take time with you and make sure you get what you need. The only thing I can say negative about this location is the everything seems a little dated. not too bad but its ready for a refresh! The waiting room chairs, examining rooms and equipment all feels old.

The atmosphere is like a highly professional business office in a beautiful, comfortable setting. Except that the subject is medicine & health, you could be visiting your lawyer or a college professor's office. I scarcely saw another patient and the atmosphere was calm & business like. However, the level of medical expertise, confidnce and clarity makes one very comfortable.
