They couldn't even submit a medical authorization form because they were sure my insurance was not going to cover it. Also their space stinks and is not clean where you get attended

Just as all other reviews…office staff are HORRIBLE. I made two appts for this office with two different providers, not knowing they were with the same group. I cancelled the one that was for later in the day and kept the early one. I also received confirmation. When I went to check in, the nasty woman at the front didn’t even try to find my appt. They told me both were cancelled and then told me I had to wait if I wanted to be seen. The appt was active. When I tried to show the 2nd woman the appt, she barely acknowledged me. Horrible staff! DO BETTER!

The office staff was quick and organized. After filling out my forms, I was called in rather quickly! Abby was absolutely fabulous! And I mean fabulous! She not only actively listened to my concerns, but the follow up questions she asked, left me feeling 100% heard and looked after. I’ve had some bad experiences with check ups before, whether it is being rushed out the door or having my concerns belittled, and I felt none of that with Abby and this office. My next check up isn’t for a while, but when it comes, I will go in excitingly to give her my updates. I’ve never felt like that before! I mean who likes going to the doctor? Highly recommend!

I experienced severe emotional distress after an appointment with Abigale Costa in the Hoboken office. My issue required treatment that was outside the scope of her work - instead of conveying this information in a neutral and explanatory manner, she continued to repeat that there was nothing that could be done to help in an extremely condescending and patronizing manner. She made me feel embarrassed for even coming to your facility to seek help. After asking simply to understand if cortisone shots would be suitable(I have gotten them done at Schweiger before), she bluntly stated it would be bad practice and spoke to me as if I was stupid or had no health literacy. She completely misunderstood my question and responded in an extremely antagonizing way that I have never experienced before even in my daily life. I will not only never return to this office, I also have sought out treatment from a mental health professional due to this antagonization triggering a PTSD episode.
