I showed up early for my appointment and they got me in right away. I was headed home during my actually appointment time. I didn’t feel rushed and Amy explained things very well and was also very friendly. All members of the staff were so friendly and the nurse and provider had a great bedside manner. Would recommend their office to anyone and everyone!

I booked online for a cosmetic procedure. When I got to the office they tried to sign me in as a medical appointment so I said I was there for cosmetic. Then I was put in a room and never did get to see the provider since I was booked as medical. I was not offered another appt or anything for my inconvenience except a sorry. I did let them know I had driven over an hour just to come to the appointment but apparently they didn’t care about that. I called the main office to speak to the office manager and was told she wasn’t available but left my name and number but did not receive a return call. I’ll be looking for a new provider. I like Amy and have seen her in the past but I won’t go through this again. Terrible experience. Zero stars for this company and their online booking service.

The whole process was smooth from when I walked in the door to when I left. My experience with Amy is the best experience I have ever had and I will recommend her office to anyone I can!
