I had an outstanding experience with Laura Ritter. Within seconds of seeing me, she diagnosed my issue with complete confidence and clarity. After just one tiny injection, I felt dramatically better — the pain from my abscess disappeared almost immediately, and the redness has already improved so much.
Laura was excellent from start to finish. Fast, professional, and incredibly effective. Highly recommended! The facility was also brand new and all the staff very nice, I can’t say enough good about my experience. 10/10

My experience with Laura was excellent but the overall Schweiger experience was poor. I had an excision performed by Dr Pinto which became infected with several types of bacteria. The culture results were delayed which delayed getting on the appropriate antibiotic. I feel that the level of surgery needed should not have been performed in the office and I am dealing with the consequences. Additionally I was on hold for 20 minutes before speaking to a human.

Laura was wonderful! She’s easy to talk to, non judgmental, patient, and knows her stuff. Went in with a few areas of concern to be looked at, and she spent sufficient time examining them, answering my questions, and addressing each of my concerns. The appointment booking process was easy, upon checking in, I was taken back within 3 minutes, and out of the exam room in under 15!
