I had a very disappointing experience at this dermatology office. I came in for a long standing skin condition that I have been told by multiple doctors is psoriasis, and which also runs in my family. However, the doctor spent less than five minutes with me, quickly dismissed my concerns, and insisted it was something else without taking the time to properly examine the affected areas.
I felt completely unheard during the visit. When I tried to explain my history and symptoms, she kept insisting it was something else. The doctor did not thoroughly check my skin, which was especially frustrating given how widespread the condition is.
To make matters worse, I was prescribed three different medications without any clear explanation of what they were for, how they would help, or what to expect. I left the appointment feeling confused, dismissed, and unsupported.

would not visit this schweiger location again. too difficult to reach the office staff. I called the office to confirm I had the right type of appointment scheduled but never once reached the office itself, despite calling more than 10 times. instead, I got a robot who transfers you to a call center who then has to leave a message with the office to call you back (they never did end up calling back). shouldn't be that hard to get in touch with the front desk

I’ve been seeing Alexa for her for laser treatments and other cosmetic procedures for years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything so you feel comfortable and confident. Every treatment has been seamless, and the results have been amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for thoughtful, high-quality aesthetic care!

I was really impressed with how quick the wait time was. I got to the appointment early to fill out paper work and I was seen and out within 30 minutes. I did not have to wait for anything. Alexa and my nurse were excellent. They both listened to my concerns and took care of me quickly.

Alexa is great, and so is her staff. Especially Gabby.
The only thing that’s a bit of a nuisance is I can’t get in touch with them directly they use an outside service to manage appointments, but it’s not a big deal.

Her medical assistant was also very kind and supportive in her role as well and being a healthcare worker myself this was truly appreciated. I highly recommend her as a provider and this office they have been so trustworthy over the last few years!! I couldn’t go anywhere else.

Always a great experience with Dr Alexa and her staff. Very short wait times - in and out in about an hour or half hour. Staff is aways friendly, upbeat and courteous. Dr Alex is extremely patient, always listens to concerns and I never feel like I am being rushed out. So happy to find a doctor who diagnosed and took care of the problem right way. Highly recommend! I bring my children to see her too!
