This is a provider I had seen prior to their connection to Zocdoc. My personal doctor is good, which is why I was a returning patient. I did not like the every two-day reminder about my upcoming appt for weeks before scheduled appt; I did not like the constant reminders to provide information provider already had since I am a long-time patient. I did not like waiting 20m in exam room to be seen. The quality of my actual patient care was good. The quality of my patient experience was aggravating.

Good experience during my appointment. However, very disappointing office experience. I was told I needed. prescription, but it was never called in. Despite multiple times of reaching out to the office I never got a call back, and 24 hours later still no prescription. Bottom line it’s the office that is a problem not the Physician Assistant.
