About Dr. Roger Friedenthal

Roger Friedenthal, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He attended the Yale University School of Medicine and received residency specialty training in surgery at the Stanford University School of Medicine and plastic surgery at the University of California San Francisco. He has been in private practice and was Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco for over 16 years. He is a full Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at UCSF and continues to teach and mentor residents and medical students in plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery of the face and body. He has been listed under “Best Doctors in America” and “Best Doctors” by U.S. News and World Report. Dr. Friedenthal specializes in plastic surgery of the face, breast and body. His procedures include eyelid rejuvenation, face lift, nasal reshaping, breast surgery (augmentation, lift, and reduction) and a number of body contouring options.
