I cannot speak highly enough about this doctor. From the moment I walked in, she took the time to truly listen and explain things in a way that felt clear, calm, and respectful — something that is honestly rare.
She was incredibly thorough and thoughtful in reviewing my treatment history, and she patiently walked me through why certain medications needed to be refreshed, how expiration actually works in real life (not just on paper), and what my skin needed moving forward. She never rushed me, never dismissed my questions, and made sure I fully understood the plan before I left.
What stood out most was her willingness to talk things through — not just prescribe and move on, but actually educate and collaborate. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident in the treatment plan, which has already made a meaningful difference.

I was prescribed a medication that this specific office has in house but it was not there. They asked me to go to Greenwich or Norwalk office to pick it up…they also mentioned they’ll send another medication to my pharmacy and the prescription wasn’t there. I called and left a message and didn’t get a response. Would not recommend

Doctor was great we waited 45 minutes because the receptionist didn't check us in--she was waiting for me to get her an insurance card, which I thought I could give at the end.

I was able to make an appointment in a timely manner, the office team was friendly and professional, I was seen at the actual appointment time (often not the case in medical offices!), Dr, Nally and her team were wonderful. My problem was solved, and based on this experience, Dr. Nally will be my local dermatologist.

Dr Nally is the first derm who took my acne concerns seriously. I get infrequent, but severe, break outs that have been disregarded by my prior derm. My acne gets to the point when my coworkers and friends ask ‘what happened to my chin’ … Feeling hopeful that Dr Nally will work with me towards a solution!
The office in Norwalk is beautiful, easy to find, easy to park and v clean.
