The only issue is that there is nowhere to put your clothes! Literally, I had to put my work clothes folded on the floor. It's a little detail that can be fixed today that they should.

I would recommend Dr. Quan. She was thorough, focused, and responsive to questions. The office manager I dealt with for paperwork and billing was really nice and helpful.
I do wish I had known the co-pay amount before I went to the appointment, especially since it was higher than I had expected, but that's an insurance issue, not the responsibility of the practice or the physician.

The doctor kinda had an attitude when I brought up some of my concerns. It seemed like she just was like annoyed with everything that I was saying. She had a very condescending tone as well, which I just didn’t appreciate so I probably would not go back to her again. ?

I found Dr. Quan’s bedside manner quite awkward, which made a somewhat uncomfortable appointment a bit worse. However, what I disliked more was that when I brought up an ongoing skin issue I’ve been seeking treatment for, she didn’t ask any questions and seemed to think the issue wasn’t that bad. She suggested a prescription but not with any conviction, kind of as a last-ditch effort. It didn’t seem like she was really thinking about it or trying to solve my problem. I wouldn’t recommend her to a friend.

Never been to a dermatologist, besides the time I was 4, and this was a very thorough exam. The doctor was very informative and answered all of my concerns. The assistant made me feel very comfortable and confirmed my pharmacy so I could get my medicine in a very timely manner. I will come back to this dermatologist if ever needed

Dr Quan was super helpful and listened to all of my questions. Her staff and the office staff were also really nice and made the experience super enjoyable. Would definitely recommend her to anyone else!

The office is very clean and welcoming. I went early in the morning and there were 1-2 patients there. The process was very quick, and I was seen within 15 minutes of checking in. Dr. Quan listened to my concerns and evaluated the issues, providing immediate diagnosis and treatment options, and she discussed my options with me to find one I could comfortably follow. This visit was such a reassurance since the previous provider I had seen for the same issue had brushed me off, which led to my condition worsening. Hopefully this treatment plan will help!

Doctor did not offer me a gown when i was asked to take off my shirt for and exam with a man in the room present. I felt rushed, like a number not a person. My condition was not addressed figured out what was going on from chat gpt because she didnt care or respect my time or health

I came in for a consult and the doctor didn't give off very welcoming. She did ask about my concerns but she didn't do any thorough skin assessment. Very blunt which I did not like because I came in there for my first ever appointment. It was like I was wasting her time...
