I loved Mellissa! She spent real present time with me and asked many questions to find the source of the problem. She didn’t excuse that stress could be at play, even a vaccination I recently had, so thorough!! I really like her.
I also have to mention that the woman at the admittance desk was really nice and answered my insurance questions in a very friendly way.
The downfall of many medical offices is that the desk persons are disinterested in trying at all.

Did not feel comfortable with this appointment - had come in unresponsive to another medication I was taking and without gathering much symptom information or history she looked to prescribe a new medicine that she clearly did not know much about. Would be willing to take the med if we had an actual informed conversation but this felt very lacking and careless.

Melissa is a wonderful doctor and takes her time with patients. She listens carefully, and explains without me needing to ask. This office is amazing. They always take you on time and there's so much flexibility with appointments, which is important as I work full time. It's easy to schedule an appointment online. The office staff is so kind and comforting also!

It was good. No one was there at reception when I showed up for about 10 minutes, which was a little odd, but once they got there they checked me in quickly and I saw the medical professional right away.

The visit was a bit confusing. I'm not sure about medication I was supposed to be given. I don't know if they are going to contact the pharmacy I use (no one said anything), so I'm going to have to make a follow-up call to the office. A handout I was given about other medication I need to use is illegible.
I wish medical professionals these days would not be in such a rush to get through their appointments.
