Great intake process with friendly staff. The doctor thoroughly reviewed the instructions, as my daughter is dealing with acne. She clearly explained why this specific medication was being prescribed, what to expect during its use, and scheduled a follow-up appointment for next month.

Pam was very nice. She explained the procedure and what expect. The lady at the front desk was nice, as well. My only complaint is that you wait longer than you should to be called in. My appt was for 3:45 and I was brought in at 4:15. Other than that, no complaints.

I saw Pamela Baladi, PA today for treatment of my Hidradenitis Suppurativa cysts, which can be extremely painful and discouraging. She took care of everything with professionalism, care, and genuine kindness. She is also going above and beyond by working on an appeal with my insurance on my behalf, which shows how much she truly advocates for her patients.
On top of that, she was incredibly accommodating when I had to bring my five-year-old daughter with me—making the visit smooth and stress-free despite the circumstances. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both so skilled and so compassionate. I left feeling relieved, cared for, and supported.
I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a dermatologist who truly goes the extra mile for her patients.

I've been to two different offices for this dermatology group and this one is the best. My appointment was for 9:20 and I was walking to the room at precisely 9:20. The doctors here are thorough and knowledgeable and they explain, why and what, for every concern I had. Ms. Pamela specifically was very nice, concise and answered all my concerns.
