I have been seeing this provider for about a year. While the office staff and doctor are nice, the doctor seems to only go through the motions of the appointment and not provide adequate support for any of the ailments. First, a huge red flag is that she had an iPad with a timer timing the visit with the patient to what seems like 15-20 minutes max. Next, she read my blood test and provided no guidance on how to support next steps. I took the test she gave me to another doctor, and they were worried that I had so many issues that weren't ever probably discussed and weren't on a treatment plan/any medications. I have pain due to autoimmune issues, nothing. They use an answering service that prevents you from getting through to the office that takes too much time to explain to non-primary English-speaking representatives about your private medical issues. Lastly, I have had to call the office several times to get medication sent to my pharmacy that was prescribed in the office.

Dr.Yu-Hui Lee was amazing. I haven’t been for a general checkup in a few years because I dislike going to the doctor, but she helped me feel comfortable and heard all of my concerns!

I needed primary closer to my house and I picked this one based on how friendly she seemed from her picture. Also very friendly and caring in person. I’m happy I made the switch. She also does Pap smears which I already booked my next appointment. I love a one stop shop office lol I would’ve prefer labs in house however I understand that doesn’t always happen.

Just some issues with technology in the office so I wasn't seen til well around 1:30 when arrived at noon - that then resulted in me having to wait for the lab people to be back from lunch to get my blood work. I was in the office for like 2+ hours total. Also this seems to be primarily a pediatric practice I was one of the only adults there. Not a big deal just something to make note of. Everyone working there was very nice.

I came here to see Dr. Lee for an annual wellness visit. None of the signs included her name, which was odd, and I had a hard time finding the office. They asked me to come hungry for my appointment at 11:30am for a blood draw, which I did. After sitting in their waiting room for an hour, I left at 12:30pm without being seen. I wasted hours just to sit in a packed waiting room full of sick people. I will absolutely not be returning here as this was so disrespectful and a complete waste of my time.
