Care for the Whole Family Our providers care for patients at every stage of life: Pediatrics: Newborn and well-child visits, developmental screenings, school and sports physicals, immunizations, and sick visits for infants, children, and teens. Internal Medicine: Comprehensive adult care, including annual physicals, preventive screenings, and ongoing management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Family Medicine: Continuous, relationship-based care for patients of all ages, so families can see the same trusted team year after year. Primary Care and Urgent Care, Together At Solix Health, you don't have to choose between a doctor who knows you and care when you need it. Our practice combines ongoing primary care with urgent care for everyday illnesses and minor injuries, such as colds, flu, fevers, ear infections, sore throats, rashes, sprains, and minor cuts. Because urgent care and primary care happen in the same practice, your visit becomes part of your medical record, and your primary care team can follow up directly. Loved Dr. Reyes. He is so caring and spent time with my teenage daughter talking about depression and anxiety. He is so sweet and told a beautiful story how to change your perspective when you’re being challenged.
The only downside is the office is very barebones. It’s not so important but while you are waiting, it’s a bit of an eye sore in the waiting room and the office.
