I don’t normally write reviews but I had a great
experience during my appointment! Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr. Cook was a great listener, he was very thorough, and proactive in helping me find solutions. It was also incredibly convenient that they can do your bloodwork at the office rather than sending you to a separate location. Overall, I felt very safe and I would recommend family or friends to this location!

Dr. Cook is a great doctor. I have several chronic illnesses and I felt like he really listened to me and asked questions about how my conditions affect my day to day life and my career. He was willing to help me with prior authorizations without a problem. His bedside manner was warm and friendly. As someone who has been through some downright awful PCPs, having some listen and treat me with respect was comforting and calming. Also, his office staff was warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cook and his team to anyone in the Somerville/Bridgewater area looking for a new PCP.

Dr Cook really made the effort to point me in the right direction. I have been dealing with some endocrinology issues and he helped me by giving me some advice and helping me get in with an endocrinologist as soon as possible because I had become very frustrated. I can’t say how very thankful I am for his ability to make me feel seen in an 18 month long journey with no answers.
