About Dr. Bethel Renfrow
Bethel Renfrow is a doctoral-prepared, board-certified Registered Nurse Practitioner who has been a dedicated member of OBGYN Associates since 2018. With a passion for women’s health, Bethel empowers her patients to take control of their well-being and make informed decisions. She began her healthcare journey with a strong foundation at the University of Hawaii, later earning her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Frontier Nursing University and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Originally from a small town in southeast Missouri, Bethel has called Madison home since 2015. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new culinary adventures, hosting dinner parties, and spending time outdoors, whether paddle boarding or relaxing at the beach. Bethel has two grown children and is the proud dog mom of two doodles, Hazel and Mabel.

I came 30 minutes before my annual physical appointment and was not seen until more than an hour later. The whole session only took max 15 minutes. It felt so rushed. It was my first time to come to an ob/gyn and felt so clueless because they weren’t explaining what is about to happen. The nurse practitioner was direct to the point, but didn’t feel personable.
