About Katelin Little
Katie is a certified nurse midwife and board-certified nurse practitioner who has lived in Nashville for nearly a decade. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois State University, she moved to Nashville in 2016 and began her career as a pediatric cardiac nurse at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. While working there, she completed a Master of Science in Nursing at Auburn University and became a nurse practitioner, later gaining experience in primary care before returning to midwifery through a post-master’s certificate at Vanderbilt University. Katie is passionate about nonprofit work and is especially proud of her experience caring for pediatric patients recovering from heart surgery in war-torn regions, including Ukraine. She values the breadth of her nursing background and is excited to care for patients at Women OB/GYN throughout pregnancy and beyond. Outside of work, Katie enjoys workout classes, traveling, time with her husband and family at their cabin in Sewanee, and a good margarita-and-queso combo—particularly during Nashville’s fleeting fall season.
