About Dr. Shani Meck
Dr. Meck earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Meck has special interests in adolescent gynecology and the treatment of interstitial cystitis, and she is known for her commitment to caring for the whole person—both physically and emotionally. She serves on the medical staffs of Merit River Oaks Hospital, Merit Woman’s Hospital, and Baptist Medical Center. Outside of medicine, Dr. Meck enjoys mentoring young women, being active in her church and community, and spending time with her husband and three children in Jackson.
