I had an appoitment for 4:20 p.m yesterday but at 2:00 pm was informed via text my appointment is 3:20 p.m. That was not the time I confimed for via screenshot and confirmation of the 4:20 p.m. appointment. I tried to call a couple of times but no one answered. Anyways ended up missing the appointment and no one called during 3:20 of my whereabouts. Not professional or respectful. I did not get to see the doctor so I can not attest to her professionalism.
