Showed up early for my appointment and I was pulled back into the exam room more than an hour after my scheduled apt time. Once I was seen by the doctor, it felt off. She did what see needed to do, but that was the first time a regular visit had me jump during my exam. She wasn’t gentle and it actually hurt. Felt like she wanted me out of the room fast. Quite possibly could have been due to being so behind and rushing, but the whole experience wasn’t great. Likely will never go back.

I arrived 15 minutes earlier just like the directions suggested. I filled out the forms ahead of time which I appreciated. The physician assistant was efficient with getting my vitals. I waited for approximately 20 minutes before Dr. Hall walked to examine me. She was polite and explained as she went along. Overall nice staff.

This was my first visit with Dr. Hall, and I’m really glad I chose her. She was thorough, personable, and took the time to really listen. What I appreciated most was how she worked with me to make mutual medical decisions—presenting facts and options clearly so I could make informed choices. This was my first appointment with Dr. Hall and I will definitely go back. The office environment was very welcoming. She and her office staff made me feel comfortable from the start. I was seen in a timely manner and received clear directions. I felt a little rushed and didn't get to ask a couple questions, but overall, I had a great experience!

Very welcome environment. I was a bit on edge and emotional when I had to have another mammogram. But my doctor and the staff talked me through everything. Highly recommended this practice 10/10??

Once inside I was spoken to by the MA about my visit. While I was describing the reason, she wasn’t listening, kept interrupting and over talking me with comments like, “Is your discharge foul smelling, I replied “no”, Is it green or gold, I replied “no”. Do you have BV? I replied “no”. Do you think you have something sexual transmitted? Again, I replied “no”. Next, she setup the equipment needed to complete the GyN visit. The doctor comes in introduces herself, we speak about my reason for visiting. She says “ok” I’m going to conduct an exam. The doctor sits down, in position and before I could get in position correctly she’s rammed the speculum device into my vagina, pinched me and tells me to take a deep breath afterwards. She never looked, never used lube, just haphazardly, went through the motions of doing a gyn visit. The speculum device was barely inserted. No way! I will not be returning for this type of barbaric treatment. Slow Down Doctor!

If you are struggling with infertility please don’t schedule with Dr. Hall she don’t show any passion. What type of doctor tells a female that has lost 2 babies in the second trimester (“if I was 45 I wouldn’t be trying to have a baby”) I will never go back to Eastside Gynecologist.
