Wouldn’t return. I’ve had many mammograms but this was the worst. Extremely painful and little acknowledgement from the tech about pain. Quick to get in and out but overall experience was not good and I will not recommend or return. One and done for me.

The office was peaceful and welcoming. The front desk staff were also welcoming. The tech who did my imaging was very friendly and reassuring. She addressed all of my questions and concerns. My appointment was scheduled for 1:45 and I was out the door walking to my car by 2:08….
I recently had my first mammogram at the Image Clinic and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, which immediately helped calm my nerves. The office was very clean and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. My appointment was quick and efficient, with very little waiting time. The technician was extremely gentle, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process, which made me feel at ease. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent care I received.

Easy to book my appointment. Office was clean and modern. Staff was friendly. I was seen almost immediately. I think the total time I was there was 18 minutes... wonderfully fast. I did not get any sort of instructions before my visit like I used to at other places (example: don't wear deodorant, lotion, or perfume... park here... etc.) but maybe things have changed. The ONLY negative thing for me is that the office is 40 minutes from my house which is fine for once a year, but unfortunately a tech error made for one blurry image, so I had to go back the next day, which was a minor inconvenience.
