About Sarah Nasher

Sarah Nasher is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Gwynedd Mercy University and was a nurse in the greater Philadelphia area for five years. Seeking to advance her career, she earned her Master's in Nursing degree from George Mason University in 2022, graduating with distinction, Magna Cum Laude. After completing her graduate studies, Sarah joined United Medical Doctors and specialized in Gastroenterology. She treats a variety of gastrointestinal conditions, including IBD, IBS, CRC screening, cirrhosis, hepatitis, and more. I was scheduled for a telehealth appointment. I logged onto the link provided by the doctor's office, and waited for the provider. I waited for two and a half hours. I called the doctor's office multiple times wanting to confirm that I had the right link, and the provider would in fact be seeing me at some point, never once did they answer nor did they call me back. I gave up two and a half hours after my scheduled appointment because it was then 5:50 pm, and the office closed at 5 pm, and by this point because I had not be able to contact anyone at the office. I did not get to see the provider.

I was seeing within five minutes of my arrival time. My NP thoroughly listen to me and all my concerns. She also asked me if I had any more questions for her. Was very thorough and ordered all the necessarytest to further help me figure out my issues.

I had an 8:40am appointment checked in about 8:30. Was not put into a room until around 9:25 and that was after I asked the front desk how much longer since I had already been waiting 40 mins. I told the provider my appt was at 8:40 and her response was “I know it was. I had a patient before you” if that was the case then she needs better time management considering she saw the patient before for me an hour and only spent 5 mins with me, she needs to not have the office book patients back to back if she’s gonna be inconsiderate of the next patients that are scheduled, or have communicated with the front office that she’s running behind and taking longer with the patient ahead of me and that it was going to be a longer wait. Completely inconsiderate of my time & rude to not have even said sorry to me after seeing me wipe my tears from being frustrated with waiting so long. Having worked in multiple dr offices myself the whole appt was handled incorrectly
