Patients can expect a supportive, collaborative, and respectful therapeutic environment. I work with patients to better understand their experiences, develop insight, and build practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change. My approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and responsive to each patient’s individual needs.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In the initial sessions, we discuss your concerns, personal history, and goals for treatment. This helps establish a clear understanding of your needs and allows us to develop a thoughtful plan moving forward. In ongoing sessions, we work collaboratively to explore patterns, build practical coping strategies, and support meaningful and lasting change.
