I would highly recommend anyone that wants their doctor to listen to them to avoid this place. I asked Dr Lucas a plethora of questions which were dismissed. She also would not give any eye contact when speaking which was very off putting. Her bedside matter was embarrassing at best. Overall Dr Lucas seemed like she did not want to be talking with me, providing short dismissive and disrespectful answers to my questions. Additionally, she rushed decisions. She also was very quick to push GLP1 that would not be covered by insurance, and had to be referred to someone who is not even a doctor which felt super sketchy and weird. I can guarantee she will make you feel like an inconvenience, and cog in a wheel. Avoid her. Do yourself a favor and ask your questions to Google, you’ll get a more personable answer in return and save you the time.
