I received exceptional service from everyone- from the front desk staff, to the nurse, and PA. Alex made me feel very comfortable and and answered all of my questions. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience I had. I'm looking forward to seeing them all again.

I had a very positive experience with this practice. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The office was very clean, comfortable, and even smelled nice, which made for a pleasant environment. The nurse was personable and made me feel at ease, and the doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to address my concerns.
My only issue had nothing to do with the practice itself, but rather with booking through Zocdoc. I was impressed by how quickly I was able to get an appointment and how conveniently located the office was. However, as an uninsured, self-pay patient, I was shocked by the out-of-pocket cost. Had I called the office directly beforehand and understood the full self-pay pricing, I may have made a different decision.
Overall, I was very happy with the care I received and would recommend the practice. I would just encourage other self-pay patients to call ahead and confirm costs before booking through Zocdoc.
