They took proper precautions for COVID. I was checked in promptly and only had to wait about 10 minutes before I was taken back by a nurse. The doctor arrived promptly, and did a thorough examination. We discussed my history, and my concerns. Dr. Jones was very professional, thorough, and kind. Great bedside manner. I've been a patient here a long time and just love this place. Everyone is friendly and pleasant. Dr. Jones takes the time to answer all the questions you have and makes sure to make herself available if there are any questions after the fact. I was in and out in less than an hour. As always impeccable service. From the nurses up front taking your vitals and blood work to Dr. Jones. Very personable and genuine. Best gynecologist I have ever had. Location is a little far from where I live but the trip is totally worth it.
This office is AMAZING and I'll tell you why. First, i see a lot of drs for numerous medical conditions so im very particular about a practice i visit and choose from reviews as well. Soo, her goes...from the moment i walked in i was greeted right away and since it was my first time there, i had a few forms to sign and the lovely lady that checked me in was just lovely and so helpful and conversational like I've known her. She was a doll. I then was taken back for medical hx by a nurse who was equally delightful, not a drone there to just put in her time. She was funny charming and wonderful to talk to as i have an extensive medical history, bless her heart bc it took a while. Then went to my room to meet Dr. Jones and oh my she is equally adorable personable, answered all my questions and i didnt feel rushed at all and their practice was hopping, lots of people in waiting room.She is honest and very knowledgeable and i trust her medical expertisem. Im excited to be a part of this group. It was just an all around great experience. Thank you Dr. Jones you are an amazing doctor.
