About Dr. Amy Solomon

** Dr. Solomon is only able to see 14+ ** Dr. Solomon is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is especially interested in minimally invasive surgeries with a goal to minimize recovery time for busy women. Dr. Solomon was one of the first robotic surgeons in Tampa and performs in office endometrial ablations for patient convenience. Dr. Solomon is also trained in Botox and Juvederm filler treatments. Dr. Solomon has been named one of Tampa Bay’s “Top Doctors” for the past 9 years as published in Metro Magazine. Dr. Solomon has served on the board and committees of several local hospitals. Dr. Solomon is an active volunteer at the Judeo Christian Health Clinic performing free surgeries and providing gynecologic care for women in need. She also serves on the board of the Judeo Christian Clinic. Dr. Solomon participates in the “Great American Teach-In” which exposes young people to the medical profession. Born and raised in Tampa, Dr. Solomon graduated from Plant High School. She received her baccalaureate degree from Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania in 1989. During that time, Dr. Solomon studied a semester abroad at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. She received her doctor of medicine from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC in 1993. Dr. Solomon’s residency in obstetrics and gynecology was completed at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD in 1997. She then returned home and has practiced obstetrics and gynecology in the Tampa Bay area since 1997. Dr. Solomon has three children, two away at college and one at Carrollwood Day School, and a dog and a cat. In her spare time she enjoys boating, biking and barre class.

Everyone was very friendly They took care of me immediately. The only thing that was tedious was the long rigorous check in process but I assume that after the first time you don’t have to fill out all those forms again the doctor was very nice and very knowledgeable answering all my questions. And she followed up after my visit with the results. she was great

Been with doctor Solomon for 15 years she is excellent and saved my life. Since merger and ZOCDOC MY EXPERIENCE IS STRESSFUL FULL OF ANXIETY DUE TO ZOCDOC!! Get rid of it. Today I decided to transfer to my PCP I can’t take long wait on phone or not getting through at all, the months of waiting for appointments only to be cancelled. IM DUNNNN!!

Great experience overall! The GPS took me around the building, though, so it took me a minute to figure out the parking situation so check that prior to arrival to know exactly where to go. Everyone was very pleasant in the office, quick, and efficient. As it was the first appointment, I hope the impression stays the same!

Everyone is so nice at this office, very informative and welcoming. I felt at home rather than at a doctors office. I have been coming to Dr. Solomon since I was 16 years old. Dr. Bray delivered both my boys and is also wonderful but Dr. Solomon is my go to :) I love this office, the staff is very nice and cares what you have to say. They always greet you with a smile. Anytime I needed help with insurance they have always been great and never got frustrated or anything. I will continue to see Dr. Solomon, Dr. Bray or Dr. Perkins for my medical needs.
