About Dr. Colby Wolk
Dr. Wolk is a board-eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist who received his medical education at Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, FL. He completed his OB/GYN residency, including his year as Chief Resident at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ.
Dr. Wolk is a Vermont native who grew up in the Northeast, spending his early years developing a passion for outdoor athletics and activities. He and his family ventured south in 2004 to establish roots in Melbourne, Florida. He would go on to attend the University of Florida to earn his bachelor's degree with a focus in Human Nutrition.
Dr. Wolk is excited to return home to Florida to serve the Jacksonville community. He practices general obstetrics & gynecology with a special interest in women’s health maintenance, high-risk obstetrics, and minimally invasive and robotic surgery.
