About Dr. Elaine Brantley
Dr. Elaine Brantley is a board-certified ob-gyn at Women’s Care. Her areas of interest include minimally invasive surgery, evaluation and treatment of various ob-gyn conditions like abnormal bleeding, PCOS, PMS, family planning, obstetrical care and LGBTQAI+ care.
She received a Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary studies in health with specializations in African Studies, bioethics, humanities and society, and international development from Michigan State University where she graduated with high honors. Dr. Brantley earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Brantley completed her residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich., where she earned a SASGOG resident award for distinguishing herself as an Academic Specialist in General Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
As a Florida transplant, Dr. Brantley enjoys exploring the Tampa area with her husband and she stays active through riding her bike, yoga, and chasing around their two young children.
