About Dr. Elizabeth Giangreco
Dr. Elizabeth Giangreco is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
A native of Bradenton, Florida, Dr. Giangreco has lived in every corner of the state. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Miami. She earned her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine, where she was awarded the Merritt R. Clements, MD award for her dedication to the advancement of women’s health. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando.
Dr Giangreco is very excited to return to the Tampa Bay area to join the team at Women’s Care Florida. She truly enjoys caring for women from adolescence to menopause and is committed to providing the highest quality care for her patients. She has special interests in high-risk obstetrics, contraception management and minimally invasive gynecology, and she is certified to perform da Vinci robotic surgeries.
Dr Giangreco is bilingual and speaks Spanish fluently. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing golf and traveling with her husband.

She's very considerate. Truly cares about the well being of her patient. She recommended me another approach for getting a copper IUD because my insurance didn't cover it. Like a mother, she wanted me to save my money :) All my questions were answered promptly. The tech is SUPER chill and easy to talk with. They are straight to the point. Wait time is nothing!!

First time at this location, it’s super nice! Dr. Giangreco is lovely, always a pleasure seeing her. She’s very understanding, patient, friendly, and accommodating to your needs.
Others in the office were just as friendly.
Wait was quick, within 5-10 minutes. Paperwork sent beforehand to fill out online to save time as well :)
